2010 Registration Information & Forms

Welcome to the 2010 Titan Football Registration! You can preview, print and prepare your registration forms through the links below. Please submit the Player Information Form, Titan Fees Checklist Form, Volunteer Opportunities Form and Website Permission Form with your check for $500 made payable to the Northview Gridiron Club. We will distribute 15 Titan Cards to the players after the registration has been processed. If your player sells all 15 cards, he will recoup $300 of your registration costs (note: see the Titan Card Information sheet below providing additional information). Finally, we will be distributing equipment the first night of Spring practice on May 3rd.

Gas South and Northview Football:
As part of their annual sponsorship of Northview football, Gas South will donate $1 dollar every month for every Northview football family who switches to Gas South. Please note that this donation also applies even to those of us who are already Gas South customers. All you have to do is fill out the attached form and hand it in at registration. That's its, there is no long term commitment and Northview football will receive $1 dollar per month, per family for 12 months. If all Northview football families switch, this will be a significant donation to our Football Program (note: Gas South already provides an annual donation of $5,000 to the Northview Football Program).
